What is the role of a recruitment consultant?
Build relationships with new & existing clients
Sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities
Negotiating, influencing and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome for both your clients and your candidates.
Project management
Days: Monday – Friday
Location: Luxury offices in Victoria, Central London
Year 1 Realistic Earnings: £35,000 +
Year 2 Realistic Earnings: £60,000 +
Year 3 Realistic Earnings: £100,000 +Perks of the Job
