WHAT IS YOUR ROLE?
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all things recruitment, from actively sourcing active and passive candidates, interviewing, completing safeguarding and compliance checks, developing new business through different sales methods, account managing large accounts leading to mentoring other members of staff with an end goal of you becoming the next Recruitment Team Leader
You will need to be resilient and tenacious with communication skills, being able to build natural relationships as this is key to any success, you must be determined, self-motivated and goal orientated; be a problem solver and able to think on your feet with the ability to work under pressure hitting targets in an ever-changing environment.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Achieve set KPI’s and targets on a weekly basis with the support of your team
Using various business development tools to build relationships with schools
Recruiting staff using various techniques, including writing adverts, sourcing using online boards, creating a strong social media presence and head hunting
Conduct telephone, virtual and face to face interviews with candidates
Work alongside the specialised compliance team to ensure the candidates are fully compliant to work
Work proactively and at speed to fill your client’s vacancy requirements
Mentor colleagues
Complete training leading you to become the next team leader

Recent graduate with a people/sales/service focused degree i.e. sports, drama, business & management, HR
Tenacious and resilient
Confident in communication and able to build genuine relationships with all levels of people
Comfortable working in a pressurised, targeted, busy and fast paced environment
Investigative in nature, confident of asking open questions
Committed, proactive self-motivated and reliable

WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
Term time – 7am – 5pm (4pm finish on a Friday)
School Holidays – 9am – 3.30pm
