As a fast-growing US-focused Gaming and Data recruitment firm, our client delivers a first-class recruitment service. With ambitious growth plans for the remainder of 2022, they are currently interviewing for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to be based in Richmond Upon Thames.
The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant can expect:
An initial base salary of 25k
First-year earnings exceeding 30-45k

US hours (11-8 pm)
4-day work week

Receive the very best in training, covering the full recruitment and sales life cycles along with any sector knowledge (Gaming/Data) required
Cover the full spectrum of recruitment, focusing initially on candidate generation then moving through to client management and onto a full 360-based role, as your experience grows
Research, map out and gather data/information on market segments and key movers and shakers
Work alongside experienced and successful Consultants
Add to the atmosphere of a slick, fast-paced, and dynamic Company
Work 11-8 pm covering the US West Coast market The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will possess the following skills, experience, and traits:
Degree level education
A portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extracurricular etc.)
Be highly professional with first-class communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive, and commitment
Be intelligent with a polished approach, have high expectations and a strong desire to win
Be spontaneous, a true go-getter, have gravitas and a strong personality
