We have grown from a start-up of 3 people, to an international business with our head office in Bristol. Develop professional relationships with businesses in your vertical – through sales calls (cold & warm calls), emails and marketing
Building marketplace knowledge to consult with your clients & candidates
Accountability for your each project
Placing high-calibre candidates in line with your clients business and talent requirements
Writing adverts, headhunting candidates & coaching them through the interview process
Negotiating new business terms
Closing business deals
