Our client is offering an incredible opportunity for 6 graduates / trainees to come on board and build a lucrative recruitment career. The Opportunity!

Well, they only hire trainees … meaning the business is organically grown and that the progression opportunities are second to none. You’ll come in as a trainee and immediately become part of their 5-stage training process working 1 on 1 with your own personally assigned consultant. They have the aim to get you to Consultant within your first year but, what does that really mean? Well it means earning a minimum of £35K year one and a minimum of a £30K base going forward.

Face-to-face approach: They encourage a real mix of phone based and face-to-face interaction with both candidates and clients, putting a human and personalised touch into their recruitment process. Upon starting, you will be targeted on booking in 3 “coffees” or “meetings” with candidates per week – very realistic and attainable targets for a Trainee Recruiter. They also encourage you to attend industry meet-ups, conferences and networking events with the team from day one as a twist on generating new business and growing the company client base. With their guidance and unrivalled resources, you will become an expert in your field as they take a real consultative approach to recruitment.

What do we need from you?

-A ‘dog with a bone’ mentality – they’ll give you the tools to succeed as long as you WANT it.

-Degree education, 2:1 or above ideally from a Red Brick / Russell Group.

-If you’re not a graduate, at least 1 year of sales experience / graduate scheme work will be ideal!

-No egos – they are massive on culture fit, a confident yet down to earth character is what they look for
