Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: 22k – 25k Basic plus Uncapped Commission

(Rising up to 30k basic Yr1)

With global clients comes global travel, our teams take business trips to places such as Basel, Boston, Brussels, Budapest, Chicago, Copenhagen, Dubai, Munich, Philadelphia, Oslo and more.’

The opportunity:

* Manage relationships with key clients, often meeting where possible.

* Provide a shortlist of executive candidates for each job role through personally interviewing.

* Proactively search and entice high profile individuals through LinkedIn, job postings and referrals.

* Prospect and engage with senior decision makers in the digital transformation sector.

* Contribute and help create a collaborative culture, built on integrity and work ethic.

* Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission

* Commission structure is unrivalled, current top performers are billing 20-40k a month. Taking home 10-15k commission.

* Legendary incentive trips. Last year all who qualified were sent on an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas. This year think Hong Kong etc

What are you:

Although this is a very niche industry, we have on-boarded successful people from various degree subjects including History, Law, Sports Science and many more as well as non-grads. We don’t expect you to have any prior knowledge about our sector, we can provide the best platform and training for you to become an expert. What we can’t train is a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, that’s up to you to bring.
