Starting your Career as a graduate, you will be enrolled into a 6 month onboarding program as an Intern where you will work alongside a senior consultant or team lead, being mentored into your Recruitment Career. You will learn all about your technical market first hand from the Senior Consultant, responsible for:
– Sourcing candidates through various methods including our CRM system, headhunting and job boards
– Successful and professional screening and interviewing of candidates on their technical expertise and motivations
– Arranging interviews on behalf of clients
– Managing the recruitment process from the candidate side, gathering feedback and acting as an extension to the client to sell the position and opportunities.
