From managing the end to end recruitment cycle and recruitment strategies, to liaising with key stakeholders and maintaining collaborative relationship with hiring managers, this is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual. Coaching and leading their direct reports and providing support and information as requested by the Client Services Manager is also a key aspect of the role.

Consult with the Graduate hiring manager to complete a detailed campaign plan, providing applicant targets at each application stage

Forecasting placements based on demand, changes in the clients business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demand

Providing a high level of candidate care and ensuring frequent communication is deployed (e.g. debriefing candidates, keeping candidates warm

Building collaborative relationships with hiring managers and manage issues

Holding an understanding of Graduate recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (e.g. job profiling, campus attraction, selection and assessment)


The successful candidate will have 3 years minimum Graduate Recruitment experience, with deep knowledge in at least one market sector. You will also be used to the high volume and cyclical nature of Graduate Recruitment. The ideal candidate will come from an Investment Banking background or Financial Services. As this role requires a great deal of stakeholder management, the candidate will need to have strong communication skills and have experience in working with senior stakeholders. Confidence and resilience are key to this role. A genuine interest in Emerging Talent is also a prerequisite.

You will have worked with, and presented to and solved issues for senior clients and candidates, experienced face-to-face interviewing including competency-based interviewing, and have worked and achieved demanding targets, ratios andSLAs.
