Heat Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity to join our Insurance Team as Graduate Recruitment Consultant and start a fun, challenging and rewarding career in recruitment . This is the perfect opportunity for driven individuals looking to join successful yet growing team. We are looking for 2 trainee recruitment consultants to join our team across each of our summer graduate intakes; June 6th, July 18th and September 5th.

No prior recruitment experience is required for this Graduate Recruitment Consultant Position, we are looking for individuals who share our core values of Partnership, Integrity, Excellent, Passion and Fun! What you will need to succeed?
* Coming from a sales, negotiation or customer service background is advantageous however not essential. We are looking for people who can demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
