Job Description:
As a Graduate Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Special Purpose Machinery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a background in engineering, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform quality control inspections and tests on Special Purpose Machinery throughout the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans and reports.
Work closely with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Support the implementation of quality management systems. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing processes.
