Graduate Quality Controller – Engineering Position Overview
1Material Testing Support:
– Assist in conducting material testing procedures and experiments under the guidance of the Materials Manager.
– Record and analyse test results, and collaborate with the team to interpret data.
2Quality Control Assistance:
– Support the implementation of quality control processes by performing inspections and audits.
– Assist in identifying non-conforming materials and work with the Materials Manager on corrective actions.
3Supplier Quality Assistance:
– Work closely with the Materials Manager to evaluate supplier quality performance.
– Engage in supplier communication and help resolve quality-related issues.
4Traceability Management:
– Maintain traceability records for all materials, ensuring accurate documentation and data tracking.
– Contribute to the development of traceability protocols and systems.
5Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and quality enhancements.
– Actively participate in team discussions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
