You will be joining an established organisation who work with a wide range of residential and commercial property across the London market. Your new role
As a graduate, you will join their Property Management division and working alongside a Chartered Surveyor, you will be involved with a wide range of responsibilities in order to complete your APC diary. This is likely to include lease renewals, rent reviews, asset management and day to day property management including rent arrears and property inspections. The graduate scheme includes extensive training and on-going support including CPD courses. You will benefit from working alongside other graduates going through the training scheme providing a like-minded peer group and experienced, in-house APC mentors and assessors.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need an RICS accredited Real Estate degree (or similar). Work experience gained within property is beneficial. You will be required to hold a driving licence and should have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
