Permanent – Salary up to £25,000 per annum

Here at Howells Solutions we are working with a leading independent property guardian company who specialise in providing property owners with a professional, efficient and low-cost solution to the issues arising from vacant buildings to recruit a Property Assistant to join their team in Brixton.

As the Property Assistant you will be providing a centralised support function for the Property team, who are often out of the office on site visits. You will ensure that daily objectives are delivered including support on administration of facilities management documentation and contractors on the systems. You will be the first point of contact for maintenance and building enquiries and

will allocate works out to internal maintenance department and contractors to maintain SLAs.

The ideal candidate will be:

Enthusiasm for identifying and embracing new ways of working and good practiceKey responsibilities include:

To provide support to the Property team in delivery of the facilities management operation throughout the workspace portfolio
To liaise with Property Managers, maintenance operatives and service providers coordinating attendance at our properties as required.
To manage the CRM system, including day-to-day operation of the system in terms of property maintenance, inspections and contractor provider changes.
To provide allocation of maintenance work, escalation of issues and facilities management problems to the wider property team.
To maintain site documentation and asset registers following refurbishment and development projects.
To be the point of contact for all maintenance calls and to manage the maintenance email, filtering and responding to all queries accordingly.You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business that believe the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the company's success.
