We are recruiting for a graduate to join this pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation in a pharmaceutical compliance officer role. This is fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a life science/pharmaceutical degree to begin their career within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is working alongside the sales and marketing team to help ensure review and compliance of promotional materials, website and also assist with sustainability activities to help reduce the company’s carbon footprint.
The Job role:
The Graduate Pharmaceutical Compliance Officer will have the following job roles and responsibilities:
* Ensuring compliance of promotional materials meet MHRA, ABPI and regulatory compliance
* Review and maintenance of marketing files ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulation timelines
* Prepare and document product promotional material and citing correct references
* Review and maintain company website
* Attend marketing conferences
* Support with sustainability in line with company and vendor plans and NHS net zero target
The requirements:
To be suitable for the role of Graduate Pharmaceutical Compliance Officer you will ideally have the following experience and skills:
* Life science degree or similar
* Strong communication skills
* Some experience with review of documentation/copy review would be desirable but not essential
* Attention to detail and proofing skills
