The days of Pot Noodles, pasta without sauce and spending most of the day in the pub are unfortunately behind you.

Your degree is in the bag (2:1 or above), but now you’re unsure how to put it to best use. We’ve all been there.

Do you know what you want to do? That’s a big question, but you’ll be feeling pressure to answer it now. If you don’t, that’s fine. You’ve got options, so why not have a go at a few different things to see where your natural talents are?

Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT development or working in the pub – maybe one of these is the one. But, you certainly don’t have to put all your eggs in one basket so early on.

It’s not exactly a 28 days return policy, but there’s never been any harm in trying before you buy, hey?

This grad scheme offers you time in all of the above areas, so you can really grasp the business and the area you enjoy the most. You can then zone in on what it is you enjoyed best, where you thrived, and create a future for yourself there. What could be better than that?

Every company says they have a relaxed environment, but you won’t find any bean bag chairs or foosball tables here. What you will get is a grown-up atmosphere with a monthly team outing to the pub (on the company, of course) to unwind and enjoy each other’s company outside of the office.

What else is in it for you?

A salary of £22.5k, a good amount of ‘you’ time with the 25 holiday days on top of your 8 bank holidays and a 37.5 hour week to make sure you’re home on time to enjoy your evenings.

Let’s have a chat about it – I’m available whenever and I understand you may not have an up to date CV. So, you can send me a connection on LinkedIn (Dan Beecher), you can pick up the phone and call me (numbers on the OX Seven website) or you can send me an email . Whatever is easiest for you
