We are currently working with one of the fastest growing businesses within the Process and Food Sector, who are currently expanding across the board as part of their long-term growth strategy. The business has already doubled their head count over the last 3 years, with the plan to add an additional six heads by the end of 2023 across various departments.
The Role
The business is looking for a Graduate who has graduated within Chemical/Food Process Engineering and/or other relevant Mechanical Engineering degrees. The role has a three-month training programme, that allows for complete exposure to the design and manufacturing process, so no work experience is necessary, however any experience outside of your degree is going to be of benefit to your application.
The Graduate Process Engineer will be working in the Process Project team, alongside five other engineers and under the guidance of a Process Engineer, working on fully automated Process and Manufacturing Equipment used in the Food, Beverage, Process, Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical Industries.
About You
The client is looking for candidates with the following knowledge or experience:
A Degree on Chemical/Food Process Engineering and/or other relevant Mechanical Engineering degrees
Knowledge of how to perform Fluid Calculations and CFD
Ability to use CAD and read technical drawings/P&IDsAs this is a trainee position, do not worry if you are not an expert as full guided training, including weekly team peer reviews, will guide you through.
