About the role:
If you are seeking an opportunity to join a vibrant and well run Primary School in South East London, we are looking for Teaching Assistants who are looking to gain experience before embarking on teacher training. The roles will consist of covering classes so strong behaviour management and subject knowledge is key.
The ideal candidate:
·Have excellent experience in demonstrating exceptional behaviour management and be passionate about working with primary aged pupils.
·They are able to demonstrate resilience, initiative and a drive for inspiring pupils to engage with education and learning
·Formal SEND qualifications are not essential however an understanding of complex needs and challenging behaviour is required.
·Be available for immediate start and in September
