Our client is one of the UK's leading house builders operating from multiple offices strategically placed around the UK! In this role you will join the busy Technical Team in Cornwall and cover the companies South West region (comprising Plymouth and Cornwall). This is the perfect opportunity to establish a career in a national PLC in a supportive company that will help you achieve your ambitions!
As a Graduate Planner your role will involve, but not be limited to, supporting the planning team on major planning applications, co-ordinating external consultants, reviewing outline planning permissions/S106 agreements, monitoring and coordinating condition discharge applications, researching case law and analysing new development opportunities. You will also attend meetings with local planning authorities, site teams, internal review meetings and consultants as required.
In order to apply you should hold a relevant degree ( town planning or similar), with ideally, 1-2 years of planning experience. In addition, we are looking to speak with people who are passionate, self-motivated, committed, holds a team player ethic and strong communication/negotiation skills.
