Here at Vibe we are looking for a passionate, Customer Service Representative to join their rapidly growing business.
We'd love to hear from you if you are dynamic and enthusiastic; someone who puts customers at the heart of everything they do. You'll need to be a proactive, resilient and hard-working individual who prides themselves on their ability to problem-solve.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end customer service through a variety of channels. You will be trained in every aspect of the customer experience to ensure their journey with you is as smooth as possible.
The role can be either a fixed term contract for 3-6 months or a longer term proposition for someone.
They are happy to consider graduates or even under graduates who are available just for the summer!
