Our Client is looking for a graduate who will be responsible for software support activities for customers. This role will encompass the complete portfolio of support/maintenance and project activities and will require a high degree of customer and supplier interaction.

Job specification:
* Responsible for providing frontline technical support and maintenance activities ensuring that service levels are effectively maintained.
* Resolving any queries immediately where possible or managing through to resolution.
* Produce necessary internal and customer-facing reports and documentation as required.
* Prioritisation, monitoring of progress and escalation of support issues with customers and suppliers as required.
* Assist the Operations Manager with customer support activities as necessary
* Provide out of hours support in line with agreed schedule.
* Develop strong relations as a trusted advisor with key personnel in Customer organisations.
* Undertaking training to ensure a high level of technical knowledge is maintained.
* Communicating effectively with customers by telephone, email and in person.
* Ensuring ongoing communication and information is maintained with the customer.
* Building client relationships.
Person specification:
* Customer service experience
* Good level of education / Degree or equivalent
* Good IT Knowledge/ Skills
