Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading flexible workspace company in London who, due to exponential growth, are seeking a motivated Graduate to join their expanding team.

The Trainee Telesales Executive will be responsible for pursuing warm leads that have come in through various sources. You will be tasked with developing relationships and overcoming objections before closing the sale. In order to increase sales, you will be attending networking events and attending client meetings.

This role would suit an individual from a graduate / sales / telesales / business development / account management background, who is looking to work for a well established, rapidly expanding business. THE ROLE:

To pursue warm leads that have been provided through internet enquiries or by other contacts
Develop relationships with customers overcoming sale objections by using sound negotiation skills
To maximise sales and profitability – by ensuring you remain in contact with prospective clients via telephone and email in order to successfully sell the products
Efficiently manage the client database; dealing effectively with any problems and enquiries
Attend networking events and help promote new opportunities and lead sources
Administrate databases (Mostly Excel) – continuous sales pipeline, enquiry levels, client lists, account codes, Telephone ranges, revenue reports etc.
Produce licence agreements as required
Organise & attend meetings and viewings with prospective clients, when necessary.
Conduct money laundering procedures & Obtain necessary documents from clients to comply with Trading Standards / HMRC
Completing ad hoc duties as requiredTHE PERSON:

At least 6 months experience within a sales / telesales / business development / account management position
Excellent communication skills
Target driven and self-motivated
Competent using a computer
