We are currently recruiting for a well established, specialist insurance broker in Cheltenham for an Insurance Administrator to be responsible for processing renewal paperwork and changes to existing policies. The ideal candidate will have previous insurance administration experience, good attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills.

Duties will include:

* To administer changes to policies which includes recalculating premiums, working with underwriting, updating payments and liaise with customers.

* Liaise with Insurance companies to ensure the motor insurance database is notified.

* Administration of files, processing and issuing paperwork and updating a database.

Skill and experience required:

* Previous insurance experience ideally with knowledge of commercial vehicle.

* Good working knowledge of MS packages.

* A confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills.

* Accuracy and attention to detail.
