Have you or are you going to graduate in a subject which is taught in secondary schools?

Empowering Learning are working on behalf of a number of secondary schools in Birmingham and the surrounding areas for graduates to start working in their schools.

By starting to work with schools, you will have the opportunity to build on your experience and confidence in working in schools with a range of children. You will be heavily supported through us and the school in terms of progression.

The role is ultimately for someone who is looking to start their PGCE and gain some experience before starting the course.

You will be working to support pupils in an intervention role to help boost their confidence and understanding the subject.

Job requirements:

* At least a 2:2 degree in your specialist subject;

* Right to work in the UK;

* At least six months experience working in a school environment.
