Your Role: As a Graduate Mentor, your dual role as an educational guide and emotional supporter will be pivotal in students' growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with a team of Support Mentors to provide personalized assistance to small groups of students.
Offering academic support during core subjects, adapting teaching methods to individual learning needs.
Nurturing students' emotional well-being through active listening, guidance, and mentorship.
Enhancing students' engagement in Music, Arts, Drama, and sports classes, encouraging self-expression and creativity.
Partnering with teachers, parents, and counsellors to develop strategies that promote holistic development.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Arts, Music, Media or a related field.
Genuine passion for supporting students' education and well-being.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students on a personal level.
Empathy and understanding of the emotional and educational needs of students.
Flexibility to contribute to various subjects, from core academics to arts classes.
Commitment to fostering a nurturing and empowering learning environment.
