Harper Recruitment Group are proud to be working in partnership with a well-loved retail brand, who are offering an initial 12 month training programme with a view to be offered a permanent position once completed. Under the supervision of various managers you will develop an understanding of how the business operates and to gain essential knowledge to then become a future manager within the business after training.
During the programme you will be involved in all aspects of the Customer Service and Operations departments to gain an in depth insight to the running of this exciting organisation. You will learn how to book appointments on behalf of customers, produce quotes, coordinate diaries of advisors, and manage customer service tickets. Part of the training will involve accomanping advisors on home visits and learning how to manage and develop advisors businesses; looking at KPIs, forecasting and how to support, help and guide them to resolve any service issues.
Skills and Qualifications::
Be degree educated or equivalent
Team player
Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise
