Aggregate Industries operate at the front line of the construction and infrastructure industries, producing and supplying an array of construction materials. Designed to help create the next generation of leaders, the Graduate Management Programme will give you practical experience across all areas of the business. You’ll rapidly start to understand how we create value for our customers and contribute to the business bottom line. What you will be doing?

You will spend 18 – 24 months working through our development framework, where you will quickly get to grips with what we are about and learn about the different elements of our business. Spending time on three placements at locations across the UK, you will learn, understand and develop your strengths with guidance from a business mentor, you’ll also access a programme of formal training and development to help you be the best that you can be.

What will you bring?


You will be in course for achieving a 2:1 (or equivalent) bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Business related discipline.


Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with others


Results focused with strong personal values to succeed


Highly organised with demonstrable planning and delivery capabilities


Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a willingness to learn


Inquisitive, passionate and with a real desire to make an impact


A full UK driving licence with the flexibility to be based anywhere in the UK while on the scheme.
