Three 60 Search are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client of ours in central Birmingham, who specialise in contract recruitment into a range of professional industries across the Midlands!

The opportunity on offer, is to join one of the highest performing divisions, who specialise in legal recruitment. You'll recruit for contract solicitors across the Midlands.

Your role as a Trainee Consultant:

* To grow your own legal 'desk' within the team

* Candidate sourcing and generation via adverts, proactive sourcing, networking, referrals and headhunting

* Marketing your recruitment services to prospective clients

* High volume outbound calls

* Interviews and candidate management

* Building relationships with clients and candidates

* Working toward individual and team targets

* Working to a daily structure and KPIs

Applicants:

* Ideally degree educated with 12 months work experience following University in a professional environment/ sales role/ recruitment role

* Degree educated- ideally legal or similar

* Work experience required: b2b sales, heavily targeted sales, insurance, car sales, account management, events, call centre etc.

* Determined

* Able to take direction but work independently

* Career driven and motivated by money

* Ambitious

* Professional, articulate and well-presented

Working hours: 8am-6pm Monday to Friday

Salary: 18k starting salary, increasing through performance + commission. Conservative figure of 26k on target earnings for your first year
