Hybrid working, full-time permanent position at graduate-level, offering up to £27,000 depending on experience.
An opportunity to work for a progressive and entrepreneurial tech firm as part of their support team has become available, which is perfect for a graduate-calibre individual. Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant in this client-facing role would be the clients’ first port-of-call; supporting their client service queries and collaborating with the technology and data teams throughout the company to ensure a fantastic client experience.
Key responsibilities of the role would include:
* First-line support including managing client queries, efficiently solving problems and contacting potential clients to help grow the business
* Providing second-line compliance support for clients, including supporting their rebate calculations, monitoring sourcing activity and new supplier onboarding
* Supporting clients directly in using their systems and processing invoices, building relationships to help them improve their processes
* Collaborating closely with other teams within the business, including technology, service management and data
To succeed in the role, prospective applicants must have excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills, be able to take initiative and work well in a team environment.
Previous experience in a client-facing role is highly desirable, and ideally the successful applicant will be degree-educated, although this is not essential.
