Hybrid working, full-time permanent position at graduate-level, offering £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience.
An opportunity to work for a progressive and entrepreneurial financial firm as part of their support team has become available, which is perfect for a graduate-calibre individual. Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant would be the first port-of-call for clients, supporting their financial service queries, as well as collaborating with the technology and data teams throughout the company to ensure a fantastic client experience.
Key responsibilities of the role would include:
* First-line support including managing client queries, efficiently solving problems and contacting potential clients to help grow the business
* Providing second-line compliance support for clients, including supporting their rebate calculations, monitoring sourcing activity and new supplier onboarding
* Supporting clients directly in using their systems and processing invoices, building relationships to help them improve their processes
* Collaborating closely with other teams within the business, including technology, service management and data
To succeed in the role, prospective applicants must be adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills and high attention-to-detail.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and previous experience in administration or financial services is desirable. Ideally the successful applicant will be degree-educated, although this is not essential.
