We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates who have good interpersonal skills and have prior experience working with young people. Whether you are seeking the experience needed in the classroom to apply for your PGCE or already have experience and are keen to continue supporting young children achieve their potential. We work with schools across Greater Manchester.
You will need to possess the following skills and qualifications to be considered for the role:
-Be degree qualified (essential 2:1 or above) and have strong leadership skills.
-Having your own transport is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities:
-You will be responsible for supporting the class teacher and/or pupils.
-Ensure that the lesson objectives set by the teacher are met.
-Supervise pupils throughout the lesson and manage behaviour.
-Be responsible for the educational welfare of the pupils under your supervision.
-Give accurate feedback to the teacher about the pupils you have worked with that day.
