Special educational needs and disabilityEmpowering Learning is recruiting Graduates to work as Learning Support Assistants in a SEND schools based in Newham and surrounding Boroughs. If you are a graduate considering a future in education but don't have any classroom-based experience, then working as a Learning Support Assistant allows you to start your career in Education. Our SEND Schools supports pupils on a one to one basis within the classroom. The schools support such needs as Severe Learning Difficulties, Complex Needs, Autism and ADHD, experience of supporting pupils with SEND needs is desirable but is essential.

Supporting pupils or Primary & Secondary age
Comfortable supporting pupils with various Learning Difficulties
