– £80 – £90 a day, depending on experience

GSL Education are working with a fantastic Primary School in Barking & Dagenham who support children with SEND. We are looking for enthusiastic graduates who want to gain experience as a learning support assistant.
You will be supporting the class teacher to prepare work for specific students, help manage behaviour and work with students who have SEND to help them reach educational and developmental targets.
Whether you are an experienced teaching assistant, youth worker or a graduate looking for their first full-time role, this is a great place to gain further training and become part of a supportive team to pursue a career in special needs education.
What we are looking for:
– Experience with traditional SEN in any setting is ideal
– Graduates in Psychology, Education, Social Care or creative field
– Previous experience working with children in small groups
– Learning Support Assistants, ASD support, Youth workers, SEN Teaching Assistants
– Caring, patient and creative personalities who can form relationships with young children
