Graduate/Junior IT Support Analyst – Briton Ferry, South Wales
A large and successful global business based between Swansea and Port Talbot is looking for an enthusiastic junior level IT Support Analyst . The company are offering a starting salary of up to £24,000 based on experience, plus benefits.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business, supporting internal users and infrastructure with exposure to a range of technologies. Duties will include a range of 1st and 2nd line IT support across:
– Email, phone and face to face user support
– Windows OS and application support
– Monitoring of physical Windows Servers and virtual environments (VMware)
– Support user hardware – PC's, laptops and printers
– LAN/WAN, routers, switches and firewalls
– Monitoring IT security
– IT project work
To be considered you will need to have some previous commercial IT support experience and an understanding of:
– IT Desktop/Helpdesk support
– Support and installation of hardware and software
– Windows OS and Active Directory
