The Role: Graduate / Junior Finance Analyst
If you have a knack for numbers, a passion for detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, you could join a supportive team as a Graduate / Junior Finance Analyst. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the financial success of automotive marvels. Your responsibilities will include:
Playing a pivotal role in assisting month-end financial activities, masterminding journals, crafting insightful reports, and ensuring balance sheet harmony.
Navigating the financial frontier with budgeting, forecasting, and laser-focused analysis of latest projects.
Becoming a stock wizard by assisting with stock analysis, valuation, internal audits, and keeping the stock reporting engine running like a well-oiled machine.
Providing financial counsel on CAPEX requests, being the force behind ongoing projects. (CAPEX training is provided!)
Being the curator of the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring our assets are in tip-top shape.
Connecting the dots by actively participating in BOM meetings and maintaining seamless communication with the incredible procurement team.
Becoming an integral part of Annual Financial Audits, ensuring transparency and precision.
Fuelling growth by supporting the creation of Management KPIs and tracking month-on-month journeys to success.
Forecasting financial tides with precision, creating cash flow forecasts that are the North Star for the UK site.
To thrive in this dynamic role, we are looking for a Graduate / Junior Finance Analyst who has:
Previous experience in a finance discipline with a drive to learn and develop.
A recognised Finance Qualification is ideal but not essential.
Excellent proficiency in all MS packages inc. Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & other finance data management and modelling tools.
Able to communicate clearly by email, telephone and face-to-face with people at all levels.
Used to working in a small finance office and team environment where close relationships with colleagues are key.
