This is an excellent opportunity for a Computing Science / Computing for Business / IT Graduate with programming experience looking for their first step into the world of developing. This company, which is in the top 50 companies to work for, is offering the chance to work in one of the best businesses in their industry. They will also be offering full onsite training on a weekly and monthly basis during your first 12 months, whilst continually developing on the job skills. This is fully funded and costs in excess of £10,000.
The growing business is looking for 6 Graduate or Junior Software Developers who will develop reporting and functional changes to customers Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / NAV business systems and others. Previous candidates are now earning in excess of £50,000 a year.
This is a junior role, but typically successful candidates will be heavily involved in new projects and more complex customisations within 1-2 years.
Training will be guided by your mentor using Microsoft provided self-study learning material, testing, onsite classroom training and on the job experience. Microsoft Certifications can be achieved within the relevant areas of functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing new / changed software to new and existing customers.
* To provide assistance to the development team (SQL database management, code management).
* Writing reports for customers using Visual Studio / AL / SQL Report Builder.
Qualifications and skills required:
Computing Science / Computing for Business / IT or Business degree with programming experience

Start date is June 2022 and you must be available for the first 3 months to complete the initial training sessions before taking any annual leave. There will also be compulsory webinars and online tutorials to be completed prior to the start date.
Hours of work are 37.5 Monday to Friday; 30 to 35 days annual leave plus other benefits including pension, free parking and health care. Working in amazing offices, which include free soft drinks, table tennis, pool table, darts, foosball table, break out lounge and more
