Graduate Junior Consultant

Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £20,000 basic (up to £28k OTE)

Our client is a vibrant and fun recruitment firm that has worked on projects to find suitable candidates for their clients in the technology sector. Working with candidates around executive level this role requires candidates who are ambitious and to progress through the company.

You will be joining the company as Graduate Junior Consultant and will be part of a fun and dynamic young team.

You will begin in a consultant role and will be:

Supporting and helping manage other recruitment team members’ individual projects
Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends
Research via LinkedIn, databases and shortlisting potential candidates
Speaking to those candidates on behalf of the client
Following this, once you have learnt the industry, you will progress to working on projects of your own, dealing with both the client side and candidate side.
