GSL Education's newly opened Hull Office is currently recruiting a number of Graduates to work as Cover Supervisors and Teaching Assistants.
Salary: £65 – £90 per day
Start Date: January 2021
Location: Hull
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will be expected to lead the classroom and ensure students remain on task and behaviour is managed effectively. Flexibility and initiative are key as you may not always be based within your specialist area.
This is a perfect opportunity for graduates looking to gain practical and paid experience before going on to complete Teacher Training.
Roles will begin with immediate effect and will continue on an ad hoc basis, as and when required until the end of the academic year.
To be successful, you must:
* Have completed a Degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Drama, Sport or Psychology
* Be able to quickly engage and build rapport with pupils
* Hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered to the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
* Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
* Be willing to complete a Cover Supervisor Training Induction
