Graduate IT Server Technician
Hello IT Graduates! We have a brilliant opportunity for a graduate to work as a Server Technician, supporting the build/system configuration, quality assurance and delivery of industry-leading software for a brilliant company in Cambridge. This role is well suited to a bright graduate who has had exposure to both software and IT hardware and is looking for a varied and interesting role.
Location: Cambridge, UK
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum + pension and private healthcare

Requirements for Graduate IT Server Technician:
* A minimum of a 2.1 in a degree with content relating to IT, networking, or cyber security
* At least CCC at A-Level (or equivalent UCAS points)
* Networking knowledge
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
* Any experience with the following would be beneficial: Knowledge of data centre server components and concepts, quality assurance processes, Linux operating systems
Responsibilities for Graduate IT Server Technician:
* Install and configure a cyber security intelligence platform
* Conduct quality tests on the platform
* Repair damaged and faulty servers
* Liaise with Development and QA teams to provide customers with latest software
* Help diagnose customer hardware issues
