Graduate Recruitment Consultant/ Graduate Scheme/ Associate Recruitment Consultant/ Entry Level Role/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location – Bristol
Salary – £20K plus uncapped Commission
We are looking to expand the Digital and Tech desk by taking on two Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join an already thriving team with huge growth ambition. Our graduate roles will be starting this summer on June 6th, July 18th and September 5th depending on your graduation date and summer plans!

We are looking for people that can read a situation well, consult and provide solutions. You ideally, will have some sales experience, are great with people, a team player, passionate about success, and keen to develop yourself.
The division itself, focuses on Software, DevOps, Product and Digital Recruitment both contract and permanent, working with cutting edge digital and tach clients across the UK and EU.
A degree in Computer Science, IT, Software development, Business (or related) is advantageous however we would love to hear from any tech savvy individuals with an interest in the sector!
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be;
* Becoming a highly skilled Recruiter within you the digital and technology sector.
* Using multiple channels and tools to attract clients and manage the whole recruitment process
* Building excellent long term relationship with your clients and candidates, becoming a trusted partner and advisor throughout.
* Delivering helpful and knowledgeable advise to both your clients and candidates
* Providing outstanding after-care to both parties following a successful placement
