Our client is in the process of implementing Peppermint CX as their practice management and account software and have reached a point in the project where the requirement for a systems developer is required, who has Microsoft Dynamics knowledge, to provide customisations to the core software for workflows, dashboards, and reports.

Training in the use of MS Dynamics in a Peppermint CX software environment will be provided by Peppermint experts (Peppermint toolkit training).

Previous Experience:

* A strong level of knowledge and preferably with some recent experience within a software development role, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is essential ideally with CRM Dynamics qualifications, and preferably with experience with VB.NET and SQL, including SSRS;

* Web technology such as HTML, XML, web services, Java Script is advantageous

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel including writing macros and VBA and preferably with word IF logic;

* A good understanding of the software development life cycle along with experience of analysis, design and creating technical specifications through to development, testing and maintaining solutions.

* An understanding of case management development and business information reporting

Key responsibilities:

* Development of new and existing workflows and other business solutions in a MS Dynamics environment or specifically Peppermint CX or related technologies;

* Development and design of reporting solutions.

* Being responsible for gathering and documenting new requirements.

* Work with the Director of Finance & Risk, IT Team and other business stakeholders to deliver the Peppermint CX implementation and related projects.

* Ensure that technical issues are resolved as soon as possible, provide 3rd line support including working with end users effectively where necessary;

* Participate in the User Group to help identify opportunities to improve the system;

* Produce documentation to capture specific configurations and customisations.

* Provide management with regular timely updates.
