Becoming a Graduate IT Asset Management Analyst with Trustmarque:

The Professional Services IT Asset Management team within Trustmarque is responsible for delivering Asset Management Services and projects to external clients. The team is composed of IT Asset Management Analysts, consultants and solutions architects that together manage the client relationship, support business growth, manage client’s data, produce reports and work with pre-sales to evaluate proposals, risk or opportunities.

The Graduate IT Asset Management Analyst is responsible for working with the related technologies that support the function. The role will include licence uploads with entitlement allocation within an Asset Management Tool (Snow), for several vendors, as well us providing support of the Snow tool and the resulting reports.

What you will do:

* Enter license data into asset management tool (Snow) and be able to allocate licenses correctly

* Support and develop report production for the managed services

* Take ownership for their own deliverables

* Use other tools and systems developed to support the ITAM clients

* Understand the position of the ITAM team within Trustmarque and support the ITAM Services Manager helping evaluate any new ideas that will benefit the team

* Be prepared to take further examinations in areas they work within eg: SNOW and Microsoft licensing, to develop and expand their role

Your experience will include:

* Degree educated – Computer related degree.

* Software licencing understanding.

* Knowledge and awareness of IT Asset Management – Academic or practical work experience with IT asset management tools.

* The role is home based so you will have to be resilient, a self starter, motivated and comfortable with autonomous working.

* Analytics and administration experience through academic or practical work experience.

* Microsoft office experience notably Word and Excel.
