Working in partnership, my client is looking to recruit a number of recent Graduate International Relocation Consultants to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about building long term business relationships with their customers. This is a busy and fast paced role where you will be liaising with various stakeholders.
The role:
Support the co-ordination of all International Relocation phases and activities throughout the whole assignment lifecycle
Provide the highest standard of customer service to each assignee and their family members
Coordinate the delivery of services and manage a number of vendors
Advise the employee on International compensation benefits, as determined by client policy
Counsel employees to understand all program benefits
Offer a high level of knowledge of products and services
Manage vendors
Work closely with various internal departmentsPerson specification:
Educated to degree level
Basic analytical knowledge
Excellent eye for detail
Work well under pressure
Highly organised
Pro-active and engaging approach
Excellent communication skills – Both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and process orientation required
Computer Literate including MS Office, Excel to an intermediate levelHours of work will be Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:30 pm – (37.5 hours per week)
The client offers a full induction training process which lasts 6 weeks and takes place over teams.
