Graduate Internal Sales / Account Management Professional

Job Summary:

Internal Sales / Support Representative provides sales support to the whole organization but specifically to the UK Field Sales team. This role involves working closely with the Sales Manager and UK sales team, providing support with quotes, technical support, follow ups and any other associated sales team requirements. Some customer visits may be required and training in this role could lead to a full field sales role in the future.

Job Duties:

* Assist the UK sales team with preparing quotes and monitoring follow up activities

* Establish business relationships with key customers as directed by the UK Sales Manager

* Assist in providing follow up on leads and enquiries generated by ad campaigns, exhibitions, and phone contacts. This would include managing contacts via the CRM and making outbound calls to customers.

* Liaising with Territory sales reps on specific campaigns.

* Assist with organising any Technical Seminars and/or planning for visitors from key suppliers.

* Work with the Sales Manager to produce various sales reports as required.

* Answer specific customer enquiries and work with the sales team to satisfy those requirements.

* Perform other duties as assigned.



* Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related science

* Course work and/or seminars in marketing, sales, or Chromatography desired

* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or lab environment experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

* Competent computer skills, including e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing and database applications

* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including ability to make presentations

* Ability to work well with others in a team environment

* Ability to travel domestically and internationally.


* £20000 – £25000 dependant on experience

* Commission / Bonus
