Graduate Quantity Surveyor/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor– Logistics, Industrial & Education (PQS)

Our client is an expert Cost and Construction Consultancy with extensive experience in Logistics, Industrial & Education projects. which is complemented by wider experience on Commercial projects. Undertaking projects ranging from £50,000 to £150 million in value, building a very strong reputation. They are currently seeking a progressive and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Warrington office.

They hold a strong presence in the North West, and due to recent success now looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor at project level to join and add value to their team based in Warrington.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved with projects that include cost management services on a range of new build, refurbishment and remodelling projects in a variety of sectors including Logistics, Industrial, Commercial & Education sector clients.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor/ Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Role:

Estimating and cost planning
Procurement advice,
Tender document preparation and reporting
Contract administrator and cost control
Interim valuations
Cost reporting
Contract and dispute advice
Final account preparation
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:

A Degree in Quantity Surveying
Real passion for quantity surveying and construction
Use of a car, along with a full and clean driving license, would be an advantage due to external meetings and site visits.
