What we are looking for in this HR Coordinator jobs role
* We are flexible on your background and happy to train and develop someone
* Ideally a degree in HRM / Human Resources / HR but we are happy to look at candidates who have studied a business degree (or similar) providing you have a clear passion / interest in HR
* Within 18 miles approx. of Royal Wootton Bassett Wiltshire ; hybrid working available but ideally office 4 days a week. 1 day per week work from home
* Strong attention to detail – able to help drive new HR systems in a fast change dynamic business
* SME ‘doer’ mentality – whilst it’s part of a FTSE 250 PLC this is an agile, growing and highly profitable business
