This is a great opportunity for a groundworker or graduate with geotechnical knowledge based near Exeter to join a team of geotechnical specialists on a variety of projects. You'll be provided with the opportunity to work closely with the team, getting on to the geotechnical career ladder and developing skills to eventually move into a geotechnical engineering position.

Taking soil samples for assessment.
Carrying out contamination analysis and soakaway testing.
Doing ground work and assisting geotechnical engineers on projects.
Working outdoors in all conditions, with lifting and heavy duty conditions to acknowledge.
To be considered for this Geotechnician role you should hold a full UK driving licence (as travelling to isolated sites will be frequent), be commutable or living near Exeter, have a degree in geology, geotechnical engineering, earth sciences or a similar relevant subject and be willing to work in all demanding conditions.
