Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer (Lancashire)
This an exciting opportunity for a keen geologist to become a Graduate Geo Environmental Engineer and gain entry to the thriving ground investigation industry. This is a progressive role based in Glasgow, with training to develop your skills and a chance to gain experience within an innovative, rapidly expanding engineering enterprise. As a Graduate Geo Environmental Engineer, you will play a key role in assisting a successful ground engineering team in new and exciting projects in the UK.
What we are looking for:
A bright, ambitious driven individual, who is willing to learn and progress
Good communication skills
BSc/Msc in Geo Technical Engineering or closely related subject
Full driving licenceTypical duties will include:
Soil and groundwater sampling and geotechnical testing
Ground investigation report preparation, inclusive of geo-environmental data and risk assessments
Assist the Contracts Manager with the running of the site works
Geo-environmental sampling and monitoring, logging boreholesThis position offers:
