Your new company
Excellent opportunity to join a privately owned Property Consultancy in Essex who work with predominantly commercial property portfolios. You will be joining a small and highly experienced team of like-minded surveyors at various levels of their career, including those currently going through their APC. You will be mentored and coached by Chartered Surveyors who are experienced delivering APC training, ensuring a high first-time pass rate.
Your new role
As the Graduate General Practice Surveyor, you will gain experience and exposure to a broad range of duties and responsibilities to ensure successful completion of your APC diary. This is likely to include Landlord and Tenant duties including rent reviews and lease renewals, asset management, acquisitions and disposals and valuations. You will work alongside experienced surveyors and will be introduced to clients from the outset, providing excellent exposure and opportunity to increase your client-facing skills, which will prove invaluable as you progress your career.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need an RICS accredited Property related degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should live within commutable distance of Essex and will be required to provide a vehicle for work purposes.
