I am thrilled to be partnered with a manufacturing business based in Warwick looking to add a Graduate FP&A Analyst into their FP&A team for a salary circa £23k + study support. You will be on a hybrid working pattern and given the opportunity to truly learn the in's and out's of FP&A under the tutelage of the FP&A Manager. The successful FP&A Analyst will be assisting in preparation of weekly and monthly accounts, expected to own several processes to assist with various departments in the business. It's crucial you have the ability to confidently liaise with senior management and can present your data to influence key stakeholders and impact business decisions.
Key responsibilities:
Weekly reporting on stock, other ad hoc reporting when required
Focus on continually improving processes to achieve quicker and more accurate reporting
Review and feedback to UK wide sites
Analyse overheads, customer contributions and operations KPI's
Prepare customer and category reports
Accommodate various reporting needs for the monthly Executive pack
Assist in compiling the monthly management pack
Liaise with various departments to ensure consistency and accuracy; the ability to challenge is crucial here
Prepare CAPEX reporting for executive meetings
Consolidate site data to assist with the quarterly forecast and budgetA bit about you:
The ability to anticipate what questions will come your way and prepare answers
Be adaptable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude to requests
A genuine interest in improving a business and digging deeper, allowing you to give insightful information to management
Possess the desire to continuously improve yourself – progression is encouraged in this position
Strong excel skills; Vlookups and Pivot Tables as a minimum
Outstanding communication skills
