Responsibilities and authority:
* Support with the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Prepare regular analysis, reports and commentaries for management
* Liaise with operational team on reviewing projects
* Undertake balance sheet reconciliations
* Assist with year-end audits
* Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process
* Work in line with the company’s internal controls
* Support any adhoc data requests
Education and Experience
* Accounting, Finance or Business degree, or similar
Specific skills, knowledge, competencies and training
Essential:
* Attention to detail and high standards of delivery
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Self-driven ability to investigate data and trends
* Good presentation skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication and teamworking skills
Desirable:
* Any past exposure to SAP and transactional activities would be beneficial
* Knowledge or past experience with Power BI
