GRADUATE FINANCE ASSISTANT

A fantastic opportunity for a graduate seeking to gain commercial experience within a finance set-up.

For this role, we are looking for someone who wants to broaden their role outside of the core credit control function, to incorporate a broader analysis of business KPIs and management of key business accounts. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for three core areas:

To monitor and manage those who license course materials from us to ensure compliance with agreements, liaising with those who are in breach of their agreement and working with them to bring their account back in line
To interrogate and analyse the metrics for core KPIs across the business to identify areas of concern and highlight areas for improvement to the senior management team
To take a proactive role in managing and collecting outstanding debts.

The successful candidate will be flexible and be happy to take on broader responsibilities outside of the core credit control remit, working with managers across the business to analyse core company data and providing effective reporting to the senior management team on your findings.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis of key performance indicators across the business with meaningful reporting to the senior management team on key variances on a monthly basis
Effective management of license holders, ensuring compliance with license agreements
Reducing Debtor Days Outstanding
Calculation of the collection percentage each month, based on the amount outstanding and the actual amount collected
Improving Bad Debt to Sales ratio
